Azerbaijani insurance company A-Group plans to expand its presence in the market of voluntary medical insurance, Chairman of the Board of A-Group Anar Bayramov told Trend on March 2.
He noted that the company already provides similar services to corporate clients, but it plans to increase sale of voluntary medical insurance policies to individuals.
Presently, the company aims to popularize this insurance product in Azerbaijan, according to Bayramov.
"Last year, we began to sell family packages of voluntary medical insurance. The starting price for one person on these policies is 420-450 manats [a year]. The package includes a free check-up, preliminary examination, and analysis. We should try to form demand for this product," Bayramov said.
A-Group was founded in 1995. The company renders services in medical insurance, insurance against accidents, insurance of property and vehicles, travel insurance, liability insurance and other types of insurance.
