Iran’s Abadan Oil Refining Company put up various products for sale at IRENEX

BAKU, Azerbaijan, Oct. 13

Iran's Abadan Oil Refining Company sold 50 tons of light naphtha on the domestic floor of Iran Energy Exchange (IRENEX) in the 1st month of the current Iranian year (March 21 through April 20, 2021), said the official IRENEX report obtained by Trend.

According to the report, the value of the company’s sales at the IRENEX amounted to 5.45 billion rials (about $20,500).

In addition, the Abadan Oil Refining Company put up CO and naphtha products for sale on the domestic floor of Iran Energy Exchange.

A total of 36 trillion rials (about $133 million) worth of products were sold at the IRENEX in the first month.

The products at Iran Energy Exchange (IRENEX) are sold under the SANA exchange rate.

SANA system is a system introduced by the Central Bank of Iran to the currency exchange offices, where the price of 1 euro is currently 312,917 rials, and the price of $1 is 270,411 rials.

As reported, Iran's Abadan Oil Refining Company processes 400,000 barrels of crude oil per day. The company produces various products, including, liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), gasoline, white oil, diesel, mazut, bitumen, solvents, sulfur, naphtha and other products.
