Georgian Deputy Foreign Minister Alexander Nalbandov appreciated the high-level visits paid o Georgia in recent times. Last week was especially saturated in terms of such visits Nalbandov said at today's news conference.
Nalbandov noted the visits of Polish Foreign Minister Radoslaw Sikorski, French Foreign Minister Bernard Kouchner, Luxembourg's Deputy Prime Minister Jean Asselborn, EU High Commissioner Baroness Catherine Ashton, Ukrainian Deputy Prime Minister Sergei Tigipko and Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev.
"During the visits, the officials held high-level meetings that discussed the bilateral issues and issues of regional and multilateral cooperation," Nalbandov said.
The ministry reported that it will resume the traditional Monday press conferences in a month due to the vacation season.
