I.Alizadeh / Delay in consideration the bill on Education linked with the project of the state budget for 2008 was submitted to the Azerbaijan Parliament, MP Shamsaddin Hajiyev, the chairman of the permanent Parliamentary Commission on Science and Education Issues, said to journalists on 30 October.
"The bill on Education will be discussed after approving the state budget for 2008. The project will be discussed during the three days session of the Parliament," the MP said.
The current bill on Education was adopted in 1992. Preparations for development of the bill were commenced in 1995. The project has already been considered in the Parliament, however, due to different point of vies no agreement was achieved.
Hajiyev said the bill has already developed. The bill was developed by the Education Ministry, Universities and other State structures.
According to the MP the bill on Education is the framework document. The document envisages common conceptions and statements.
