Turkey has assisted evacuation of 121 Kyrgyz citizens from Cairo, Egypt, Anadolu News Agency reported.
In a statement issued Wednesday, the Kyrgyz Foreign Ministry said that, as a result of collaboration with the Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA), Kyrgyz citizens in Egypt were safely brought to Bishkek.
A Turkish Airlines (THY) passenger jet carrying 121 Kyrgyz citizens, most of whom were students, arrived safely at the International Manas Airport at 03.30 hours (23.30 hours Turkish local time), the Kyrgyz Ministry said.
