Azerbaijan, Baku, November 14/ Trend , corr N. Abdullayeva/ Belarus and Azerbaijan have signed military cooperation plan.
Minister of Defense of Belarus and Azerbaijan Leonid Maltsev and Safar Abiyev signed Plan on Bilateral Cooperation between Ministry of Defense of Two Countries in 2009 and Agreement between Ministries on Establishment of Information Exchange System, a source in the press service of the Ministry of Defense of Belarus said to Trend by telephone on November 14.
Defense Ministers of two countries expressed their content with bilateral military cooperation between the two countries and stressed the need for further development.
Azerbaijan cooperates with over 50 countries in a military-technical sphere. Agreement on military-technical cooperation has been signed with 20 of them.
