BAKU, Azerbaijan, June 22. The delegation of Turkmenistan headed by the Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry Dovletgeldi Rejepov will visit Germany from June 26 through 29 this year to participate in a joint business forum, Trend reports.
According to official information, several key economic blocks for cooperation, including the textile and petrochemical industries, will be considered at the meeting.
In this regard, top managers of the textile industry of Turkmenistan, Turkmengaz, Turkmennebit, and Turkmenhimiya state concerns, including the Turkmenbashi Oil Processing Complex, as well as the Ministry of Industry and Construction, the State Commodity Exchange, the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan are expected to participate in the business forum.
Manufacturers of construction materials, food products, plastic and composite materials, and textile goods will be represented among the Turkmen companies of the non-governmental sector.
Within the framework of the forum, it is planned to hold bilateral meetings and consultations and familiarize German businessmen with the economic and export potential of Turkmenistan, the country's foreign trade and investment policy, and the tasks of introducing innovative technologies into production.
