A conference on "Twenty years of independence in the South Caucasus: achievements and challenges" will be held at the Center for Strategic and International Studies in Washington on Sept.15, the organization's website reports.
The conference will be attended by the Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for Europe and Eurasia Eric Rubin, leading expert of the Heritage Foundation for Russian and Eurasian Studies and International Energy Policy, member of Trend Expert Council Ariel Cohen, Central Asia-Caucasus Institute Director at Johns Hopkins University, member of Trend Expert Council Svante Cornell, CSIS experts Janusz Bugajski, Andy Kuchins, Mamuka Tsereteli, Heydar Mirza, who represents the Council for International Relations of Azerbaijan and other experts.
