BAKU, Azerbaijan, August 30. Epsilon Development Company LLC increased production rate of well No.4 of Khudjum field in the Kashkadarya region of Uzbekistan by 80,000 cubic meters, after coiled tubing and acid treatment, Trend reports citing the company's statement.
As a result, the flow rate of the well reached 120,000 cubic meters of gas per day.
The well is already connected to the GTS to transport gas to the population of the country.
On January 11, 2019 the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan awarded licenses to Epsilon to explore for oil and gas deposits in five investment blocks under resolution No 19. It should be noted that one of the blocks was Kultak – Kumashi investment block on which the Yangi Arik-1 field is located.
Epsilon Development Company LLC was established in 2018. The company is an independent oil and gas exploration, development, and production company operating in Uzbekistan.
