Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev signed a decree to approve a new staff of Azerbaijani inter-governmental joint commission for economic, technical and scientific cooperation between the Azerbaijani Republic and the Arab Republic of Egypt, AzerTaj state news agency reported on August 10.
Azerbaijani Minister of Economic Development, Shahin Mustafayev, was appointed co-chairman of the commission upon the decree. The commission also included Deputy Foreign Minister Khalaf Khalafov, First Deputy Finance Minister Ilgar Fatizade, Deputy minister of youth and sport Intigam Babayev, Deputy Agriculture Minister Ilham Guliyev, Deputy minister of education Elmar Gasimov, Deputy minister of culture and tourism Adalet Valiyev, SOCAR First vice-president Khoshbakh Yusifzadeh, AZAL CJSC (Azerbaijani airlines) first vice-president Sabir Ilyasov and Azerbaijani extraordinary and plenipotentiary ambassador to Egypt, Faiq Bagirov.
