BAKU, Azerbaijan, February 12. King of Jordan Abdullah II ibn Al Hussein has sent a congratulatory letter to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev on the occasion of his confident victory in the extraordinary presidential election, Trend reports.
