The Georgian UGT company has entered the U.S. market, President Giorgi Chirakadze said at a press conference.
"UGT is the first Georgian company to have entered the U.S. market," Chirakadze said.
He said the company will create a venture fund in Tbilisi to finance innovative ideas and IT projects.
According to Chirakadze, the company will work in both the public and private sectors.
"This is a pretty big challenge for our company. We are actually starting a business, as a completely independent company, that will carry out operations in the United States," he said.
