Azerbaijani Minister of Taxes Fazil Mammadov and UAE Ambassador to Azerbaijan Fahd bin Ali al-Dusar discussed issues to conclude bilateral agreement between countries on avoidance of double taxation on income and property and the elimination of tax evasion, the newspaper "Taxes" reported.
The importance of accelerating the work on the preparation of the agreement was stressed at the meeting. It was noted that this will stimulate further expansion of relations between the two countries.
UAE Ambassador to Azerbaijan said that the expansion of economic relations between Azerbaijan and the UAE is in the interest of both countries. He said that there is also a great potential for increasing trade between the two countries.
