For exploration in hydrocarbon fields, Turkmenistan actively cooperates with foreign service companies on a tender basis, Turkmengeologia State Corporation said on Wednesday.
Soon it is planned to hold an international tender for the implementation of 3D-seismic exploration in the northern part of Goturdepe field, as well as 2D-seismic - in the transit zone of the Turkmen sector of the Caspian Sea.
A contract will soon be signed with Kazakh Azimut Energy Service Company to carry out 2D, 3D-seismic in the northern part of the Southern Yoloten - Osman field.
Selection is conducted upon an international tender for drilling three exploratory wells to a depth of 5,000 meters in south-western Turkmenistan.
