We will absolutely support the position that the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan should be recognized by Armenia. Only after this, the status of Nagorno-Karabakh may be considered. However, such statement may be liked with the upcoming presidential elections in Armenia. It is difficult to say if the future Head of Armenia will support this position or not.
If Armenia does not recognize Azerbaijan's territorial integrity, the status of Nagorno-Karabakh can not be topic of discussions.

Armenia, as member-country of the international organizations such as UNO, OSCE, Council of Europe, is liable to recognize Azerbaijan's territorial integrity. The international law demands it. Today Azerbaijan is prepared to provide the highest status to Nagorno-Karabakh as part of Azerbaijan.

Answer: This is the next nonsense of the Armenian propaganda. If Azerbaijan authorizes the Armenian population of Nagorno-Karabakh with a right of self-definition, it will mean that the Azerbaijan recognizes the independence of Nagorno-Karabakh. In exchange of independence of Nagorno-Karabakh, Sarkisian wanted to recognize the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan.
