In his yesterdays interview to Trend Platvoet said the report on missing & captured in Azerbaijan, Georgia and Armenia would be ready by the end of 2006 or early 2007.
Mirzazadeh said in case Platvoets report would be formal and comprise only figures, then it will not be representing facts as most of the missing and captured acquired such status as a result of Armenias occupation of Azeri grounds.
