Soldier Gurban Mammad oglu Ibrahimov, 19, shot dead his fellow soldier Sarkhan Salman oglu Neymatov by his service gun when he was in a observation post, press service of the Defense Ministry said to Trend .
A suit has been filed over the fact. The reasons of the murder are being investigated. The Ministry did not report under what article of Penal Code the suit has been filed.
Ibrahimov was called up for a military service from military commissariat of Sharur region of Nakhchivan in 2008 and Neymatov - from military commissariat of Khachmaz region in 2007.
