Chief of State National Archives Administration - Atakhan Pashayev
Chief of State Border Service - Elchin Guliyev
Chairman of State Committee for Problems of Family, Women and Children - Hijran Huseynova
Chairman of State Committee for Work with Religious Organizations - Hidayat Orujov
Chairman of State Customs Committee - Aydin Aliyev
Chairman of State Committee for Work with Diasporas - Nazim Ibrahimov
Chairman of State Committee on Land and Cartography - Garib Mammadov
