Georgian foreign minister to head for U.S.

Georgian Foreign Minister Grigol Vashadze will meet with U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton during his visit to the United States on June 23, Vashadze told reporters. The meeting will focus on security in Georgia and developing concrete mechanisms to contribute to the Georgia-U.S. Strategic Partnership Charter.
"The translation of charter's provisions and action plan will begin soon," he said.
Vashadze said there is a positive response to a question "whether new U.S. Administration will support Georgia" once again.
