BAKU, Azerbaijan, August 22. Türkiye reduced cement exports to Turkmenistan by 6.7 percent ($11.4 million) from January through July 2023 compared to the same period last year, the Turkish Ministry of Trade said, Trend reports.
Türkiye reduced cement exports to Turkmenistan by 11.1 percent ($1.8 million) in July compared to the same month in 2022.
In addition, Turkish exports of cement and glass decreased by 14.8 percent ($2.8 billion) from January through July 2023 compared to the same period last year.
Türkiye exported cement and glass worth $372.6 million in July 2023, which is 10.7 percent less than in July 2022.
In general, Türkiye exported cement and glass worth $5 billion over the past 12 months (from July 2022 through July 2023).
