The KazMunayGaz company will not stop functioning in Tbilisi or sale TbilGaz, President of KazMunayGaz Kairgeldi Kabyldin told journalists.
"We are holding negotiations with Georgia on economic conditions for our business in this country," Kabyldin said.
"We are not going to leave Georgia. We are looking for business conditions to benefit," he added.
Rumors have been spread on allegedly sale of TbilGaz since last year.
