The MTS Turkmenistan Company, a subsidiary of Russian MTS, has announced an open tender for proposals for the right to modernise the billing system's data storage.
Proposals will be accepted from the publication date's announcement until 17:00 (local time) on May 21, 2013.
The organiser concludes accepting proposals at 17:00 hours (local time). Proposals received later than the above mentioned deadline will be rejected by the organiser without consideration, regardless of the cause of the delay.
Detailed information on conditions and the procedure for a public call for proposals is listed in the procurement documentation which is an integral part of this notice and can be obtained through the organiser's website at www.mts.tm in the 'About / Purchases' section.
