The average price of the AZERI LT CIF oil, produced at the Azeri-Chirag-Gunashli (ACG) block of oil and gas fields, amounted to $70.77 per barrel at the Italian port of Augusta in January 2018, which is by 26.3 percent more than in the same period last year.
In January 2017, the average price of the AZERI LT CIF oil was $56.05 per barrel, which is 7.1 percent more than December, 2016.
Azerbaijan has been producing AZERI LT at the ACG block since 1997 and exports it via the Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan and Baku-Supsa pipelines.
