(Turkmenistan.ru) - During the extended Cabinet of Ministers meeting yesterday, August 28, Turkmen President Saparmurat Niyazov introduced a number of staff changes in the cabinet, the Ashgabat correspondent of Turkmenistan.ru reports with reference to the press service of the head of state.
By the presidential decree, Begench Atamyradov was dismissed from the post of the Chairman of Turkmengallaonumleri (Turkmen Grain Products) Association for the serious shortcomings. Begmyrat Tajiev has been appointed to the post who worked as governor of Saragt district of Ahal province, reports Trend.
Guichgeldi Khojaberdiev has been appointed Rector of the Institute of Sports and Tourism and Deputy Head of the State Committee for Sports and Tourism.
According to the same document signed by the Turkmen President, Ashyrmuhammet Yagshimyradov has been appointed governor of Chandybil district of Ahal province. By the decree of the President, Payzigeldi Meredov who fulfilled duties of the governor of the said district was dismissed for serious shortcomings in exercising official duties.
