Iran releases currency exchange rates for August 5

BAKU, Azerbaijan, August 5. The Central Bank of Iran (CBI) put up an official exchange rate for foreign currencies on August 5, Trend reports via the CBI.

Based on the bank's currency exchange rate, seven currency prices went up and 34 currency prices went down compared to August 4.

As for CBI, $1 equals 395,517 Iranian rials, and one euro - 429,952 rials, while on August 4, one euro was 431,621 rials.

The CBI adopted the SANA system for currency exchange offices, where one euro costs 526,537 rials and $1 costs 484,367.

NIMA is a scheme for selling a percentage of the foreign money earned from exports.

The price of one euro in this system amounted to 483,061 rials, and the price of $1 was 444,373 rials.

On the black market, $1 is worth about 609,000–612,000 rials, while one euro is about 665,000–668,000 rials.
