Turkish University "Abant Izzet Baysal University" has announced an open tender for the attraction of IT-services, as well as the creation of software for internal use at the University in Bolu province in the North of the country.
Local and foreign companies can participate in the tender.
The tender procedure will be held at 10:30 (GMT + 3) on July 5, 2018.
