To prevent A/H1N1 virus specialists advise to follow the following recommendations. First of all, do not plan tours to regions where cases of disease detected. Do not stand and not sit next to people with signs of respiratory infections: a runny nose, cough, red eyes, etc. If any of your relatives came from overseas, and immediately fell sick "cold" immediately isolate him/her in a separate room, contact with him in gauze mask and immediately call a doctor. It is possible to take preventive medicines and vitamin C - adaptogen: snowdon rose, magnolia vine, as well as cyclophilin tablets or alpha-interferon as a ointment to nose. And finally: try not to visit crowded places, especially with children.

Specialists of the State sanitary-epidemiological and veterinary services, both in the capital and in regions, have at their disposal hygiene kits that include a full set of protective clothing for work in emergency situations. In addition, the Ministry of Health and Medical Industry of Turkmenistan procured the necessary drugs, and additional diagnostic equipment.

The article notes that a new strain of influenza A/H1N1 is a highly infectious acute respiratory disease caused by one of several porcine viruses, influenza A.
