Representatives of Georgia's parliamentary majority responded U.S assistant secretary of state Philip Gordon's statement.

The more aggression in Russia's actions, the more Russia is isolated. But the USA supports more Georgia. Use of right for veto at UN Security Council was the last demonstration of Russia's aggression, European integration committee chairman David Darchiashvili told media.

"It is the only way of protection of independence and Georgia's territorial integrity. It was stressed in Philip Gordon's statements. I am sure that it will be stressed at the meeting with Grigol Vashadze and Hillary Clinton," he said.

In his turn, chairman of the committee on education, science and culture Giorgi Gabashvili said that there are skeptics in Georgia who think that Obama's administration can conclude any deals with Moscow.

"These proposals indicate on lack of knowledge in U.S foreign policy and its principles. These principles include support of independent nation, in our case Georgia," he said.

The USA will help Georgia and Ukraine to implement reforms for both countries to be NATO members, Gordon said. He stressed support of administration of the White House towards territorial integrity of Georgia.
