The President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov will visit Azerbaijan on March 2, the Russian Embassy in Azerbaijan told Trend.
During a working visit to Azerbaijan, Minnikhanov will meet with the Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev, Emergency Situations Minister Kemaleddin Heydarov, Parliament's Speaker Ogtay Asadov and representatives of the Tatar community in Azerbaijan. Also Minnikhanov will visit the Heydar Aliyev Foundation during the visit.
