President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has congratulated President of Vietnam Truong Tan Sang on his country's national holiday.
"I cordially congratulate You and Your people on country's national holiday - Independence Day. I hope that current Azerbaijani-Vietnamese relations, development of friendship and partnership relations will permanently serve the well-being of our peoples," the letter reads.
Ilham Aliyev wished Truong Tan Sang good health, success in activities, the friendly people of Vietnam - peace and prosperity.
