Georgian Deputy Education Minister Rules Out any Comprise for Azerbaijanis during Entrance Exams
Gela Tzikuriya, the Georgian Deputy Education and Science Minister, exclusively told Trend that any comprise for the Azerbaijanis of Georgia during the entrance exams are impossible.
She noted that every citizen of Georgia ought to understand there is a unified national system in the country for entrance to the universities. It is impossible to set definite quotes, while there are additional programs for special training of non-Georgian speaking students, the Deputy Education Minister assured.
Tzikuriya said that this year 17 Azerbaijanis entered the Georgian Universities. The Azerbaijani residents of Georgia prefer to study in Baku or Russia.
