New terms on giving mortgage credit to young families are expected to be known in a day or two, Azad Rahimov, Azerbaijan Youth and Sports Minister told journalists, Trend reports.
According to the Minister, the Ministry has repeatedly stated that the interest rates of mortgage credits are high, and young families can not afford to take this advantage. The Ministry has submitted new terms of mortgage credits to the Government of the Country. The terms we proposed have already been considered by the Commission, and we expect a reply from them in a day or two, said Mr. Rahimov.
According to him, the new terms will concern the interest rates, the sums of prepayment, as well as the whole sum of the credit.
