Azerbaijan, Baku, November 13/ Trend , corr Z. Zarbaliyeva/ New composition of Azerbaijan's Constitutional Court can be approved by the end of the year. The composition has not been selected yet, Chief of Constitutional Court Farhad Abdullayev said to Trend on November 13.
The term of office of the current judges of the Constitutional Court have been extended and parliament decided that judged will remain in their office until new ones are selected, Abdullayev said.
Abdullayev said new judges of the Constitution Court are likely to be appointed by the end of the year.
According to the Constitution, Constitutional Court has nine judges. Parliament appoints judges of the Constitutional Court at the order of President.
