The Air and Extreme Sports Federation will hold a mountain sport festival for the first time in Azerbaijan July 14-18, the Federation said.
The festival "Golden Rock-2010" was organized with the support of the West University.
Bouldering competitions, hiking to the Heydar Peak on Mount Shahdag, scrambling up the rocks with height of 200-300 meters will be held.
Over 100 participants from 20 clubs of the Federation, as well as representatives of the Azerbaijani Federation of Alpinizm will participate in the events.
