The State Student Admission Committee continues to receive documents from students who wish to obtain Master degree in institutes of higher education of Azerbaijan for 2007-2008 Academic Year within International Programme, MBA (Master of Business Administration), a source in the Committee told Trend.
204 vacant seats are available within MBA this year. The students are taught within the programme in the following institutes of higher education of Azerbaijan: Azerbaijan State Oil Academy, Azerbaijan State Economic University, Odlar Yurdu University, Western University, Caucasus University, and Khazar University.
All those who have Bachelor's degree irrespectively of their specialty grade may apply to obtain Master degree within MBA. 25 applications have been received by the Committee.
Citizens of foreign countries, as well as citizens of Azerbaijan Republic, graduated from an institute of higher education abroad, should submit a reference from the Education Ministry on acknowledging the diploma they have, with pointing out the code of specialty and the field correspondingly, as well as the average results coefficient in the institute graduated from.
100 test tasks will be presented to the applicants. 50 tasks out of them will be of a logic nature, 20 вЂ" to check the applicant foreign language skills, and 30 - tasks according to the specialty grade they apply for.
Those who collected at least 50 points in the test exam are allowed to take part in competition to be admitted. At the same time, the applicant should correctly answer at least 40 percent of the questions posed in foreign (English) language.
