BAKU, Azerbaijan, June 22. Export of electrical equipment from Türkiye to Kazakhstan increased by 21 percent from January through May 2022 compared to the same period last year and amounted to $32 million, Turkish Trade Ministry told TurkicWorld, Trend reports.
"Türkiye exported electrical equipment to Kazakhstan worth $7 million in May of this year, which is 96 percent more than in the same month last year," ministry said.
Ministry also said that overall Türkiye exported electrical equipment worth $6 billion from January through May 2022, which is 7.7 percent less than in the same month last year.
Türkiye exported $1 billion worth of electrical equipment in May this year, down 2.8 percent compared to May last year.
According to ministry, Türkiye has exported electrical equipment worth $14.6 billion over the past12 months (from May 2021 through May 2022).
