BAKU, Azerbaijan, October 12. The production of metallurgical industry products and finished metal products in Azerbaijan decreased in value terms by 29.11 percent to 800.8 million manat ($471.1 million) from January through August 2023 (1.1 billion manat, or $647.1 million in the same period last year), Trend reports.

The production of metallurgical industry products and finished metal products in Azerbaijan increased in value terms by 26.06 percent to 1.3 billion manat ($764.7 million) in 2022.
In general, the production of products of the metallurgical industry of Azerbaijan increased by 38.5 percent, or 442 million manat ($260 million) compared to 2020 - to 1.1 billion manat ($647.1 million) in 2021.
