Azerbaijan, Baku /corr. Trend U.Ismaylova / The Real Estate Register Service of Turkey wishes to introduce its model of single cadastre of the real estate in Azerbaijan, said the Head of the Service, Zeki Adli, on 16 October in Baku.
The State Real Estate Register Service of Azerbaijan began implementing real estate registration project through the assistance of Turkey in project's realization. The agreement on realization of the project was signed in July between the Government of Azerbaijan and the World Bank.
"It is a new system for Azerbaijan and its full implementation will take time," Adli said.
The project includes four components: real estate registration; management and register of the State property; base cartography and land cadastre; trainings, formation of the policy and management of the project.
The cost of the project is $38.57mln with $30mln from the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development.
