Russian KAMAZ car concern to provide Turkmenistan with new equipment

The Russian giant KAMAZ car concern will deliver special equipments and cars at 1,020 units to the regions of Turkmenistan.
Turkmen President Gurbangulu Berdimuhammedov commissioned the Trade and Foreign Economic Relations Department to sign a relevant contract worth $99 million.
Earlier, KAMAZ said that it reduced the current production plans and resumed activity of a key conveyor in mid-February. Recently, President Berdimuhammedov has received the company's Director General Sergey Kogogin who agreed to improve some modifications of KAMAZ cars regarding Turkmenistan's ground and climate features.
KAMAZ training-trade service centre is located in Ashgabat, as number of this brand of cars is roughly 9,000 units.
The machine building concern in Tatarstan offers to Ashgabat cars of different brands and capacity which can convey different cargos, as well as special equipment at the KAMAZ base.
Experts said that all cars' engine correspond to the latest requirements of the European Union on economy and ecological security.
