Azerbaijani Tariff Council has determined new tariffs for real estate transactions carried out through the State Register Service of Real Property of the State Committee on Property. New tariffs will come into force form August 3, the Azerbaijani Ministry of Economic Development said on August 1.
"New tariffs will cover 10 trends and vary from 0.40 to 0.60 manat per square meter," the ministry said.
State Committee suggested changing tariffs to ensure the financial basis for activity of local organizations of foundation for the activities of local civil service of the State Register Service of Real Property.
Privileges to levy fees for services rendered by local organizations of state service were indicated in clause of the State Committee approved by presidential decree dated June 24, 2009.
New tariffs are defined for a technical inventory of real estate, verification, comparison of data in state register of real estate, as well as including of data on property in the register, providing information on real estate from state register (except for certificates from state register on limitation of rights to real property), schematic share of real estate on the basis of the legitimate owner's appeal. Moreover, tariffs will be applied to determine addresses of real estate and information, research real estate objects, including partially constructed buildings, counting of inventory cost of real property, as well as for repreated technical inventory.
