Coca-Cola company in Uzbekistan decided to restore production of "FuseTea", thus increasing production in the country, Uzbek media reported.
General director of Coca-Cola Bottlers Uzbekistan Ltd. (known as Coca-Cola Ichimligi Uzbekiston) Fahriddin Normatov said that the company plans to launch production of new types of products, including the FuseTea brand, this year.
FruitTea has disappeared from the shelves in Uzbekistan a few years ago. In general, the company's product line in the country has five brands, among which Coca-Cola is the most popular.
Earlier, Normatov said that the company plans to increase investments this year, part of which will be directed to the purchase of display refrigerators. Also, the sales system of the products of the Coca-Cola plant in Uzbekistan will be improved.
The first Coca-Cola plant in Uzbekistan was built in Tashkent in 1994, and enterprises were opened in Urgench and Namangan in 1997.
Coca-Cola Ichimligi Uzbekiston is a part of holding company "Uzbekkozovaktovholding" and is one of the largest enterprises of the food industry of the country.
