Shareholders of Azerbaijan’s Bank Respublika OJSC will discuss increasing its authorized capital, the bank said in a message Feb. 28.
Discussions will be held as part of the extraordinary general meeting of the bank’s shareholders to be held March 30, 2018 in the bank’s head office.
The authorized capital is planned to be increased by issuing new shares.
In connection with the increase of the authorized capital, changes in the charter of the bank will also be discussed. In addition, the shareholders plan to approve the composition of the bank’s audit committee.
Bank Respublika OJSC has been operating in Azerbaijan since 1992. Its authorized capital is 67.46 million manats.
