The volume of trade turnover between Russia’s Perm region and Turkmenistan for the period from January through June 2020 amounted to $6.1 million, Russia’s Perm Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Perm CCI) told Trend.
Perm CCI noted that the volume of exports from Russia's Perm Krai to Turkmenistan amounted to $6.1 million in the period from January through June 2020, which is 77.21 percent more than in the same period of 2019 (the volume of exports from the Perm Krai to Turkmenistan in the period from January through June 2020 amounted to $3.47 million).
Non-primary non-energy exports accounted for 89.89 percent of the total volume of $5.53 million, which is 67.80 percent more than in the same period of 2019 ($3.29 million in the same period of last year)
"As for non-primary non - energy exports, the main export products are aldehyde resins, polyurethanes, other surfactants, acrylic polymers, lumber, lye from pulp cooking, metal products, plastic containers, and packaging," Perm CCI said.
The Perm CCI also said that raw material exports accounted for 6.68 percent of total exports, it consisted mainly of natural bitumen, and non-primary energy exports accounted for 3.43 percent of total exports, and was mainly represented by petroleum products.
