BAKU, Azerbaijan, August 7. Entrepreneurs from the Russian Kaliningrad region are scheduled to meet with more than 30 Azerbaijani companies in order to conclude foreign trade contracts and establish regular supplies, a leading specialist of the Export Support Center of the Kaliningrad Region of the Russian Federation, Yulia Sherstobitova, told Trend.
According to her, Russian Kaliningrad usually exports food and medical preparations to Azerbaijan.
"From August 7 to August 10, entrepreneurs from the Kaliningrad region will be in Azerbaijan on a business mission." Our region will be represented by five enterprises, four of which have supplied Azerbaijan in the past. Canned fish and meat, pet food, farm delicacies made from duck liver (pates, riets, and foie gras), as well as children's and sports play complexes and plumbing for kitchens and bathrooms, are all available for export. Meetings with more than 30 Azerbaijani enterprises are planned as part of the business expedition to finalize foreign trade contracts and establish regular deliveries," Sherstobitova added.
The business delegation includes "MicroMir" LLC, "Svyaz Servis Baltik" LLC (Formastone brand), the "Eco-Farmer" agricultural consumer processing cooperative, and the "OVA" Agro-Industrial Holding. The Mamonovo Fish Cannery will participate in the mission online.
