The volume of oil transported via the KazTransOil group of companies' pipeline system increased in 2017, the company said in a message on Jan. 26.
The consolidated volume of transportation and transshipment of oil and oil products by KazTransOil comprised 58.537 million tons, which is by 1.961 million tons more than in 2016.
The consolidated oil turnover reached 48.360 billion tons/km, or 5.230 billion tons/km more than in 2016.
The volume of oil transported and transshipped separately via KazTransOil main oil pipelines’ system reached 46.293 million tons last year that is 2.496 million tons more than in 2016.
The oil turnover transported separately via KazTransOil system amounted to 39.823 billion tons/km in 2017, or 4.188 billion tons/km more than in 2016.
KazTransOil delivered 14.766 million tons of oil to the Kazakh refineries in 2017, or 380,000 tons more than in 2016.
The volume of oil transported along Atyrau-Samara section of Uzen-Atyrau-Samara main pipeline was 15.913 million tons, or 889,000 tons more than in 2016.
The volume of oil transshipped to Atasu-Alashankou oil pipeline was 12.289 million tons, or 2.221 million tons more than in 2016.
The volume of oil loaded into the tankers in the port of Aktau with the use of capacities of KazTransOil was 1.192 million tons, or 1.4 million tons less than in 2016.
The volume of oil transshipped to the Caspian Pipeline Consortium-Kazakhstan (CPC-K) main pipeline system was 2.884 million tons, or 139,000 tons less than in 2016.
The volume of oil transported along the Kazakh section of Tuimazy-Omsk-Novosibirsk-2 pipeline was 10.616 million tons, which is 2.962 million tons more than in 2016.
The volume of fresh water supplied to the consumers in Atyrau and Mangystau regions of Kazakhstan via Astrakhan-Mangyshlak water pipeline was 26.225 million cubic meters in 2017, or 1.92 million cubic meters more than in 2016.
The volume of oil transported via the pipeline system of Kazakhstan-China Pipeline LLP was 16.538 million tons, or 2.449 million tons more than in 2016.
The volume of oil transported via the oil pipeline of MunaiTas North-West Pipeline Company JSC amounted to 3.660 million tons, which is 960,000 tons less than in 2016.
The volume of oil and oil products transshipped by the Batumi Oil Terminal LLC and Petrotrans Ltd. was 2.109 million tons, which is 1.269 million tons less than in 2016.
