Italy imported 10.16 million tons of petroleum oils and oils obtained from bituminous minerals, crude worth 3.99 billion euros from Azerbaijan from January through September 2021, Eurostat told Trend.
In January 2021, this figure stood at 1.28 million tons, 1.47 million tons in February, 1.04 million tons in March, 1.13 million tons in April, 961,215 tons in May, 770,644 tons in June, 1.07 million tons in July, 1.11 million tons in August and 1.41 million tons in September.
The value of exports is as follows: 399 million euros in January, 514.3 million euros in February, 395.6 million euros in March, 431.1 million euros in April, 376.2 million euros in May, 314.6 million euros in June, 481 million euros in July, 479.5 million euros in August and 608.4 million euros in September.
The export of petroleum oils and oils obtained from bituminous minerals, crude from Azerbaijan to 27 European Union (EU) countries exceeded 5.38 billion euros from January through September 2021.
