The Tariff Council of Azerbaijan has reconsidered the tariffs of the passenger transportation following increase of domestic prices of oil products of automobile passenger transport starting from 8 January 2007, Trend reports.
Tariffs on city and shuttle routes of Baku, as well as Baku-Sumgayit route increased by 0.05 manats.
Unified tariff at city routes and between the villages was adopted at the increased level of 0.2 manats. Fairs at the shuttle routes were changed depending on the distance: 1-15km вЂ" 0.2 manats, 1-25km - 0.25 manats, 1-30km вЂ" 0.3 manats, 1-40km - 0,35 manats, 1-50km вЂ" 0.5 manats, over 50km вЂ" 0.65 manats.
Tariff for a route between Baku and Sumgayit was established at the level of 0.35 manats.
