TELE2 Russia has signed a roaming agreement with the Azerbaijani Azerfon mobile operator.
Automatic roaming will allow TELE2 subscribers to use their mobile phones without entering additional commands to make calls.
Prices are low - 18 rubles (0.4608 manat) per minute and nine rubles (0.2304 manat) per SMS.
TELE2's most important services are mobile telephony and broadband Internet access. Its customer base comprises more than 28 million people in 11 European countries, including Russia, Austria, France, Germany, Netherlands, Norway, and Sweden.
