The Azerbaijani Ministry of Communications & Information Technology holds investigations on the opportunities of applying the online trade in Azerbaijan, Trend reports with reference to the same Ministry.
A working group has been created, which carries out work in various regions of Azerbaijan. The work deals mainly with enquiries. Implementing measures in the regions of the country, the level of population interest in this project is studied.
Presently the working group has visited the northern regions of the country Guba, Khachmaz, Davachi and the same measures will be taken in the southern region, including Nakchivan Autonomous Republic, the same source stated.
The realization period of the project is 6 months. After completing the works, the results will be announced and published.
In addition, the Ministry stated that the possibility of achieving concrete work will depend on the rate of efficiency that will be defined as a result of the investigation held by the working group.
