Turkey's General Directorate of Highways has announced an open tender to rent 41 heavy construction equipment for a regional office in the country's Elazig province.
Both local and foreign companies can participate in the tender.
The tender will be held at 10:00 (GMT +3) on Apr. 4, 2019.
